fabs in the greater Phoenix area and is conveniently located 10 minutes from the
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport just off Interstate highway 10.
This INNOViON operation is designed to handle the diverse wafer production processes
that represent the Southwest region. This contemporary fab is capable of handling wafer
diameters from 2" through 200mm with infrastructure in place to easily accommodate
300mm and beyond as market conditions dictate. Customers are encouraged to schedule
a tour of the facility through an INNOViON sales account manager.
