The INNOViON Gresham, Oregon facility represents our most ambitious, state-of-the-art fab. The Gresham operation features 150mm and 200mm diameter processing for a wide range of implant requirements. All tools are SMIF-capable and operate in a Class 1 micro environment. The site is conveniently located just off of Interstate 84 and is within 10 minutes of Portland International Airport.

The Gresham facility is one of INNOVION’s newest fabs, creating a unique and contemporary manufacturing environment. Customers are encouraged to schedule a tour of the facility through an INNOViON sales account manager.
