SUPERTEX INC. And INNOViON INC. Announce Agreement

Supertex Inc. (NASDAQ: SUPX) and INNOViON, Inc. today announced a multi-year extension of their current contract agreement wherein INNOViON will provide foundry ion implant service to Supertex. Under this agreement, Supertex will outsource certain ion implant requirements to INNOViON, securing additional capacity to support their current production and future growth.
