Ion Implant Services Achieves ISO 9002 Certification

Underwriters Laboratories Affirms IISSM Quality System


Sunnyvale, Calif.-- Ion Implant Services (IISSM) today became the first ion implantation service company to receive the ISO 9002 quality standard certification. The noteworthy achievement, conveyed by registrar Underwriters Laboratories, validates the quality system IISSM has long been recognized for. High quality standards that yield efficient, error-free, and thereby low cost implants for customers, are the cornerstone of the IISSM quality system.

"Certification to the ISO 9002 quality standard substantiates the quality system Ion Implant Services has long prided itself on," said president Dr. Wes Weisenberger.
